We operate on a hybrid care model. For most services, patients pay a flat rate directly to the physician. We are an out-of-network provider for private insurance, and we provide the documentation you need to file for reimbursement. We also accept Medicare Part B at no extra cost — meaning Medicare patients are billed through their plan for covered services, just like any other physician's office.
